CHARLIE

This week is all about lady parts!

We’re going to cover two topics, clitoral distance and ovulation. First off, let’s start with the more sensational topic of clitoral distance. You see, it is a proven theory that the distance of a women’s clitoral nub (that’s my personal technical term) to her vagina will affect her likelihood to orgasm from vaginal penetration.

You see, if a clitoris is close to the vagina, all those hidden bits are actually fairly close to the inner walls and the friction of intercourse is actually stimulating the clitoris as well. Leading to… a vaginal orgasm!

"mind the gap"Interestingly, there are certain physical characteristics which are linked to clitoral distance. The taller the lady in question, the greater the gap between her nub and entry point and the less likely she is to experience a vaginal orgasm. Also breast size, big boobs, big gap, less OOOOOH from penetrative sex.

This led me to my own hypothesis. The oft discussed G-spot may just exist, but only in some women, and it would more accurately be termed a C-spot as it’s really just the other bit of the clitoris. It also means that fellows who constantly claim to be handing out penetration only orgasms are probably having sex with either very good actresses, or short, flat chested girls.

One day I will get my grant to fund research and measure some lady gaps…

In the meantime, it’s just a hypothesis – but founded on good science which is more than some claims voiced on the topic!

Right. Swiftly onto ovulation: this is important for all you breeders and pleasure seekers alike.

You see, human females do not ovulate regularly.

They do not ovulate every menstrual cycle even.

The female reproductive system is cunning like a fox. Ladies are capable of spontaneous ovulation, caused by outside stimuli (such as a really attractive  guy). Their funky hormones will also cause a sexy glow on ovulation making them appear more attractive to the opposite sex. Add to that the hormone spike causing her to behave unusually and you have a cause for a lot of surprise pregnancies in this and every other country.

So there is no “safe part” of the cycle, ALWAYS use protection…

Here endeth this week’s lesson.

The G spot is a small bump inside the vagina on the front wall approximately three inches up. Most women can’t achieve orgasm from stimulating the G spot, but it does feel nice. Ask your favourite lady-friend (research partner) to show you. The area you describe as the C spot is part of the labia, also very sensitive. Orgasm can be achieved by stimulating the labia and the skin around the clitoris, which may have lead to your anatomical confusion.

@Mo – no confusion on my part!

I am not refering to the labia. I am taking about the large mass of nerves present in the clitoris that are not visible outside a women’s body cavity. In women whose clitoris is very close to their vagina, this “underside” is present close to the vagina wall. Meaning penetrative sex is ALSO stimulating the clitoris.
Maybe I should draw a diagram?

And on a side note… scientifically (and anatomically) the existence of the grafenburg (or G) spot has never been conclusively proven. Very few studies have investigated the reported presence of a G spot correlating with other features such as height / race / clitoral distance etc.

I LOVE Full Frontal Nerdity!

We can def find you some cash to look at lady gaps! Very important, that research… and yay for research/science vs. making-up-shit/science cherry(haha)-picking!

And yes – Rhythm Method my ass. Safe sex, kids!

Curious; proven theory by whom? Isn’t something that’s been proved a fact, not a theory? I’d love to see the reference material.

I had no idea that those things moved! On different women that is, makes perfect sense though about the angle of penetration and the level of arousal depending on the distance to the V opening.

Great post!!!

@Mo – on no! I’m not being Corey!!! It’s all about the science for me. hands on research isn’t my thing, so I make no claims to individual know-how or bias…

@JFB – Happy to provide further reference materials… will dig them out of my notes – watch this space. The distance theory actually pre-dates Freud. He is largely to blame for it’s poor showing in public conscious these days, since he believed clitoral orgasms were infantile and women should ALL progress to vaginal stimulation when matured. Rather took the wind out of the sails at the time.
Prior to him, there was even a young French aristocrat (Marie Bonaparte) who had her lady bits surgically rearranged for a scientifically more ideal alignment. (those crazy french!)
